Docs Steel Smokin, otherwise known as "Steel" is a top of the line stallion. He has a super attitude, he is an exceptional trail horse that anyone can ride. Great Kids Horse, would make exceptional youth gelding! He has done everything from trail rides, parades, team penning, sorting, he has had deer leap in front of him, he has dragged logs, crossed creeks and nothing rattles him. He is known for his quiet nature even during camp fires that have flames shooting in the air 20' above his head and kids climbing on and off of him. He is the most calm and laid back stallion you will find. He would make someone a FANTASTIC Gelding. As a stallion he puts his great disposition PLUS his roan color on EVERY foal. His sire "Steel Harmon" was used as the herd sire at the Historic Bell Ranch of Newkirk, NM for years. These foals were used by the cowboys on the ranch and the fillies were put back into the breeding program. His pedigree goes back to Spanish Nick, Leo and Scotish, the sire who was the influencing broodmare sire for Hank Wiescamp's breeding program.
