Shipping Semen
In addition to receiving a signed breeding contract and booking fee,
we must receive a photocopy of the mare's registration papers and an
approximate date when semen will be needed as soon as possible.
Ten (10) days before semen is shipped, the stud fee must be paid
in full along with the handling fee.
Collection Days
Collection days are Monday - Wednesday - Friday
Collections and Shipping are done from the Veterinarian Equine Center
and not performed here at our facility.
We ship using FedEx.
Shipping fees for FedEx next day are not included in collection charges.
Counter-to-counter Shipments
A Counter-to-counter shipment is an additional $200 .00 charge.
Handling Fee & Shipping Container
There is a $475 handling fee for each shipment of semen,
which includes collection, container and packaging, to be paid prior to shipment.
Mare Care
Mare Care is $15.00 per day for Dry Mares or
$16.00 per day for Wet Mares - stall with daily turn out.
Mare Care is FREE after 45 days, we strive to get your mare bred and ready to go home asap otherwise your mare care is FREE after 45 days at our facility. Mares MUST arrive with clean culture to qualify for Free Mare Care.
Miniature Mare Care is $5.00 per day for Dry or $6.00 per day for Wet Mares.
Re-Breeds
Return breedings are subject to a $200 chute fee.
Shipped Semen Fees apply if shipped semen is required.
Futurity Breeds
Futurity breedings purchased via Stallion Auctions or Give-A-Ways are subject to a $200 chute fee.
